The concept of this project was to design a hair salon in the prominent Village of Gulfstream Park. The responsibility and focus was to create a retail environment for curly haired people and the products associated with them. that serve both women and men of all backgrounds.In order to engage deeply into the concept of hair styling this plan was formed to be simplistic and free flowing. Wayfinging was important in this concept, in order to express the movement of actual curls within the space by way of using curves in furniture, accessories, and wall shapes.
