The environment at Jade’s Magnolia’s and Twist’s would allow for the difficult task of curly hair styling to be solved for the client.. All the while occupying a beautiful and inspiring retail space for both the user and client.

The concept focuses on creating expectations that may be perceived differently in the end. As a user you have the opportunity to follow the path to the destination the “Raw” curves take you to.

THE OVERALL DESIGN CONCEPT IS TO CLOSLY CONCETRATE ON CAPTURING THE ESSENCE OF THE BUILDING. BY LOCATING ITS PLACE IN THIS DIVERSE, AND ALSO URBAN COMMUNITY. WHILE GRASPING THIS IDEA, WE’VE COME TO A DESIGN CONCEPT WE’VE TITLED URBAN REVIVAL. A DESIGN THAT ENCOURAGES SIGHTS AND IDEAS THAT MAY BE OVERLOOKED. INCORPORATING DESIGN ELEMENTS CREATED BY THE URBAN ARTIST JEAN MICHEL BASQUIAT, THAT HAVE ALSO BEEN OVERLOOKED.

you don’t realize that an image can tell you a story enveloped in hundreds of words until you find yourself summarizing an image captured and crafted to do just that. the foundation of my design concept stems from an image. that at first expresses a story of the simple beauty in the woman it captured.
